Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reach out to schedule a consultation over the phone to discuss your wedding day in further detail.
I'll arrive an hour ahead of your ceremony start time to set up and get everything in order. If you have a first look, I like to paint the bride and groom first before any guests.

Delivery
During the cocktail hour and reception, I'll have my assistant take photos of guests while I paint. Guests can pick up their portrait at the end of the night.
For any portraits that I do not finish on-site, I will finish at home and mail to the happy couple to distribute to the appropriate guests for an additional cost.

I'll arrive 2-3 hours ahead of your ceremony start time to set up and begin painting the background of your scene on canvas.

During or after the ceremony, I'll capture a photo or video of the moment you'd like me to paint. I'll keep painting throughout the cocktail hour and into the reception.
I'm typically on-site for a total of 6-8 hours on your wedding day. If I do not complete the painting before sendoff, I'll put finishing touches on it and ship directly to you.
